The Townhomes at Graham Park are a community of 172 modern, walkable townhouses built by EYA. The neighborhood is located next to an established shopping center, making it perfect to easily walk to do daily activities and errands.

Construction was started on the community at the end of 2021.

EYA has a reputation for building quality townhomes throughout the region and has made a name for themselves building them in highly sought after walkable sections of Northern VA and MD/DC.

This “lock and go” EYA lifestyle is on full display at Graham Park. So if you want a townhome that is a quick stroll to shops/restaurants and a quick drive to the metro, check it out.

Styles & Models

The townhomes have a very striking design, with different shades of brick, siding and lots of windows. The bump outs are different dark shades.

Graham Park shows off the signature modern style that EYA has perfected in townhomes throughout the greater DC area. They are walkable, welcoming and feature well thought out floor plans.

Below are the 3 models of townhomes built in Graham Park. Each are finished with some different options.

The most prominent optional feature you will see is the loft level, which gives a 4th floor to the homes and an extra bedroom and possible full bath.

The loft levels has a rooftop terrace, perfect for entertaining or getting some fresh air while working from home. There are also some rear decks off the kitchen to complete the outdoor space.

All of the townhomes have a 2 car rear loading garage and are built on slab, so all of the square footage is above the ground (no basements).

The price range of each model varies with the market, but the larger models with more features obviously have a higher price point.

• The Bellair

The the most compact townhome model is the Bellair, with just over 1,100 sqaure feet (1,480 with loft) Like all of the models, some are equipped with an optional 4th level.

The Bellair’s entrance allows you to walk up to the main level, which utilizes a fully open floor plan and a rear galley style kitchen with pantry space.

The upper level has 2 large bedrooms, and some of the homes are equipped with 2 full bathrooms and others have 1 hall bathroom.

The loft level on some features a large room with a walk in closet and extra storage space or another full bath. There is a rooftop terrace off of the loft level.

• The Cessna

The Cessna is is 2 feet wider than The Bellair, and has some added features. The entry level is also a walk up to the main level.

The main level is also open, however instead of a galley kitchen it features a rear kitchen with a central island.

The upper level of The Cessna model has 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. The owner’s suite has a larger bathroom and also has dual walk in closets.

The optional loft level features another bedroom, optional full bathroom attached and a rooftop terrace.

• The Douglas

The largest model in Graham Park is The Douglas, starting at 1,850 sq ft and going up to 2,350 (again, depending on the loft level.)

The Douglas is the only model with liveable space on the entry/garage level. This space is either finished as an office or a bedroom suite with a full bathroom.

Like the other townhomes, this model utilizes a fully open floor plan on the main level, with clean sight lines from front to back.

Because of the extra size, the kitchen has more counter space and the island is open counter space as opposed to having the sink. This makes it even better for food prep or a bar area.

The bedroom level of The Douglas has 2 different configurations. You will find either 3 bedrooms (1 owners suite, 2 smaller bedrooms) or 2 bedrooms. In the 2 bedroom layout, each bedroom gets extra space.

2 full bathrooms comes standard in all layouts of this model, whether 2 or 3 bedrooms.

The loft has a 4th (or 3rd) bedroom, depending on what layout you see, and possible full bathroom. The rooftop terrace is the largest of the models taking advantage of the 19 foot width of the townhome.

• The Hangar & Community Park

There is a convenient quaint park with a play area for kids within the community. The Hangar is a central hang out spot for friends, family and neighbors. It features a lighted area with seating and a fire pit.

• Graham Park Plaza

The townhomes are set up to be easily walkable to the Graham Park Plaza, which is an established shopping center.

Here you can find restaurants (sit down and faster options), grocery, gas & car charging stations, convenience stores, small shops, banking and more.

Across Graham Rd. is another small shopping center with more options.

• Mosaic District

A short (5 minute) drive west is the bustling Mosaic District. This is a great spot if you want to go to find some high-end dining or for a night out for drinks.

There is also a department store, organic grocery and a whole lot of other options for shopping and errands.

• Providence Rec Center

This Fairfax County run facility is less than a mile away, making it ultra convenient and even walkable for many.

There is a large indoor pool here, gym, sport courts and also classes for youth and adults.

Passes are sold by the day, multiple days or you can get a monthly plan.

• Inova Fairfax Hospital

This award winning hospital facility is also a major employer in the area, and has expanded over the years to include the Schar Institute.

The hospital is just 2.5 miles away.

• Metro & Transportation

Graham Park’s townhomes are on Rt. 50, which connects into many major routes throughout Northern VA and beyond. The community is “inside the beltway”, or on the DC side of Rt. 495.

There are also multiple metro stops nearby, including Dunn Loring, West Falls Church and East Falls Church all on the orange line.

There is also an active bus system with multiple stops walkable to the townhomes. The bus lines go all about the area.
