The Community

MetroWest in Fairfax is a neighborhood in Northern VA consisting of townhomes and condos. The community was developed and built by Pulte, a large national home builder.

MetroWest is built right next to the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU metro station. That is the last stop on the orange line train of the Metro.

The community is known for its walkability and convenience. MetroWest has plans to add both retail and non retail commercial space for residents to enjoy and use.

The greater Fairfax area outside of MetroWest is is also filled with amenities that are a short trip away.

MetroWest Townhomes

The sections of townhomes at MetroWest have great curb appeal, with brick fronts and primarily a colonial style exterior.

The original floor plans in the community are open on the main level, with large kitchens and combination dining and living rooms.

Some townhomes have a downstairs den, and some a bedroom.

There are 3 level and 4 level models built, the 4 level floor plans feature a bedroom and full bath on the top level.

There also are garages at the MetroWest Townhomes, some load in the front, and others in the back of the home.

Flats at MetroWest Condos

The Flats at MetroWest are large, 1 level condos. Located on Bastille and Bleeker St, these buildings have a contemporary look to the outside buildings.

Inside, the Flats are semi open concept, and the condos have a parking garage for residents.

The condos also have outdoor balconies and easy access to the metro.

Lofts at MetroWest Condos

The lofts are an in between option of a 1 level condo and the townhomes. They are condo ownership, are two levels so have a townhome feel.

There are models where you will walk into the kitchen or family/dining room on the main level. And the bedrooms are on the second floor.

Other models have you entering into a landing, and you walk immediately up to the main living area.

Some models have a completely open concept, and others have a mostly open concept with the kitchen and breakfast/dining area separated from the living room by a wall and entryway.

These condos also have rear loading garages.

The lofts are a great option if you like having separation between the areas where you live and sleep, but do not want to pay for a townhome.

Atrium at MetroWest Condos

The Atrium at MetroWest is an active adult community, reserved for those ages 55 and better.

The Atrium is the newest and most amenity filled building in MetroWest. There is an indoor pool, clubroom, gym and more. It also has the benefit of being the closest to the metro.

These condos are luxurious, and the floor plans have a semi open concept with large owner’s suites and balconies.

Living at MetroWest & Fairfax VA

This subdivision is ideally located in a convenient area of Fairfax and is a part of Fairfax County.

Here are some of the benefits of being a homeowner in MetroWest.

• Walkable to Orange Line Metro

The Vienna/Fairfax metro stop is directly north of the neighborhoods, and an easy walk to get to the trains.

The orange line runs east all the way into DC, and you can access many parts of both Northern VA and DC/Maryland.

• The Mosaic District

The Mosaic District in Merrifield is just a couple of miles to the east of MetroWest. This upscale town center features shopping, dining, entertainment, grocery and more.

The Mosaic District is perfect for a night out or to pick up a few things on the way home.

• Parks & Activities

There are several parks around MetroWest to choose from.

Nottoway park is a quick drive north, just a mile away across 66. This park has tennis courts, basketball courts, fields and historic buildings to rent for an event.

There are also parks that have long walking/hiking/biking trails nearby that run along the Accotink Creek.

There is also a selection of golf, gyms and other ways to stay active within a few miles of the neighborhoods.

• Providence Community Center

This center is free for Fairfax County residents, and has a gym, basketball courts, volleyball games, pickleball, hosts classes and has some great activities for all ages.

• Shopping Centers Nearby

There are a couple of shopping centers very closeby, including Pan Am shopping center and Scout on the Circle.

These are good for everyday grocery shopping, banking and other conveniences.
