The tree lined little league baseball field. The field is located in Eakin Park’s Mantua section. There are also tennis courts, a playground and basketball courts.

Mantua residents also enjoy access to multiple parks that run through the northern side of the neighborhood. The biggest is Eakin Park, which has sports fields and a walking trail along Accotink Creek.

Location

One of the reasons Mantua is so popular is its great location: it borders Route 236, Pickett Rd, Route 50 and Prosperity Ave.

For commuting to DC, 495 and 66 give the best access, both of which are close to the neighborhood.
