Townhomes For Sale

This is a list of currently for sale townhomes in Foxfield. Whether you are buying or looking at home values to research selling, we are expert in townhomes and would love to connect with you.

Foxfield is one of the larger townhomes communities on the west side of Fairfax.

The townhomes have options of full brick veneer front, vinyl siding front and some are a combination of brick and vinyl. Many of the townhomes also have a nice bay window bump out in the front.

The most common model is 1200-1300 square feet. That does not include finished basement space. There are many models that are bigger than this, with the end units boasting the largest living space.

The floorplans are inviting. They are not open wall to wall like they are in the 2000s and 2010s. However they do have large open rooms.

Many kitchens have a “window” area to see to the dining and living room and have good counter space.

With that said, some homeowners have remodeled these townhomes so you could get something more modern.

Single Family Homes For Sale

The map above has single family homes currently for sale in Foxfield and possibly a couple from some neighboring Fairfax VA subdivisions.

Foxfield and Chantilly Farms for example are intertwined on Stringfellow.

Historically, only 5-8 of these single family homes sell per year so if you are looking in Foxfield you want to move quickly.

The single family homes in Foxfield were built in the mid to late 1980s. The homes themselves are all of a colonial style.

There are multiple front elevations to choose from. Most give an attached 2 car garage, although a couple are 1 car garages. The fronts are either composed of brick veneer or vinyl siding.

The style inside is a cross between more traditional and more open concept.

There are large open rooms, and the kitchen does not have doors. However, there are still defined rooms unlike the more completely open floor plans of the 2010s.


Foxfield is an amenity rich area. The community backs up to Chantilly National Country Club. Membership is available for the golf enthusiast.

Foxfield also has a community pool in the neighborhood for residents to enjoy. It has several lap lanes and also a swim team for youth.

Nearby Area

Foxfield is in a great location relative to commute and travel in the surrounding area.

Directly to the west is Dulles International Airport. The terminal can be reached in under 15 minutes with favorable traffic conditions. The metro is also located here.

To the west, Inova Hospital in Fair Oaks is a 5 minute drive.

There are also a lot of options for shopping. In Chantilly off of route 50 are several large shopping centers with many types of stores.

The other direction, you will find Greenbriar shopping center. In addition, Fair Lakes shopping center is also a short drive away. There are several town centers in that area including movie theatres.

If you are looking to move to this area, there is plenty closeby. You will have a selection of gyms, grocery, entertainment, dining and more.
