This is a small community of approximately 250 townhomes. They are situated off of Main St adjacent to Fair City Mall.

Comstock is usually does not have a very high yearly “turnover”, which means many homeowners stay in these homes or rent them out for a long time.

Comstock is also close to Daniels Run Park. It is a quick drive to the shops and restaurants at Fairfax City. Fairfax City also has several historical sites dating as far back as 1800.

The homes were originally built in the 70s. The townhomes that go on the market every year have a varied level of upgrading.

Like many townhomes in Fairfax they have 2 levels above the ground and a partially finished basement. Some basements are dug out in the rear to be a walkout with a door to the backyard.

The exit for 495 is 3.5 miles away, directly down Main Street, and Pickett Road provides access to both Route 50 and I-66.
